Deed Restriction Amendment Ballot Information

While we are all still in “voting mode”, please return the attached “Ballot 2” from this summer’s annual meeting if you have not already. If you have already voted – thank you and please ignore the rest of this paragraph! 65% of homeowners need to vote before Ballot 2 can be tallied because approval requires majority approval by the association. If you have not yet voted, please do so by clicking on the E-form "2020 Annual Meeting Ballots" and completing Ballot 2. A black-lined version of the proposed changes is below.
